This grease is a specially developed, uni-molecule material of low viscosity.  Its liquid state allows for a smooth and even filling of the gaps, ensuring zero contact. This grease can be utilized in a variety of ways, which includes protecting the circuit and lowering the electrical resistance.  It is also highly effective in preventing corrosion and rust from copper, aluminum, tin-plated, silver-plated and gold-plated contacts. Its obvious benefits include prolonging the life-span of the switch and lowering the expense for circuit repairs.

Application area:

The product are suitable to protect the circuit joints ,conductive busbar,  and isolation switches in power and grid systems in metallurgical, petrochemical or power plant areas.

Usage method:

1.      First polish metal conductor with sandpaper (200mesh) to get rid of the rust and oxidation

2.      Next, the metal conducting precision device should be washed by waterless alcohol or acetone and then cleaned by a soft cloth.

3.       Apply the grease on the surface of the metal conductor, the thinner the better.
