Being a functional organic compound, the circuit contact protective agent is a kind of transparent liquid with low viscosity. It can be directly sprayed or coated on metal surfaces of different circuit contacts. With the function of water displacement, the agent can protect the metal parts in electrical appliances from moisture and circuit break, greatly reducing the contact resistance of the contacts and preventing the contact from rising heat generation and temperature. The agent is highly effective as an anti-corrosive and anti-rust for copper, aluminum, tin-plated, silver-plated and gold-plated contacts, through the ability to protect metals from chemical and electrochemical corrosion caused by salt spray, mould, moisture, heat and a variety of chemical gases such as Sulphur dioxide, hydrogen Sulphide, Nitride and Oxide compounds, as well as other corrosive mediums.  It is also highly effective against silvers change in color as a result of oxidation. Meanwhile, a reasonable lubricating effect can be achieved on the metal surface treated with the agent, that will decrease the resistance of plugging in or the unplugging of various off and on contacts, as well as improve their abilities against abrasion.

The appearance of the agent-treated metal surface and its luster will remain unchanged after its application and volatilization. The only difference is a dry, water white film of less than 1 µm thickness, which forms on the metal surface, which can strengthen the electric conductivity of the contact and reduce its contact resistance. The agent is nontoxic and has no irritations on skin.

Application area:

 The product is suitable for protecting the circuit joints in Alternating Current and Direct Current. It is suitable for all kinds of circuit joints, conductive busbars, isolation switches, relays, circuit break slip rings. It can also be used in different kinds of circuit systems for power plants, power grids, as well as metallurgical, petrochemical, communication and electronic purposes.

Usage method:

1.      Metal surface should be cleaned to make sure that there is no rust or oil.

2.      Spray the agent on the surface or coat the metal parts with the agent, and then allow the metal parts to dry naturally.

3.      This agent can be safely sprayed on metal parts during normal operation, even when connected to electricity. The sprayed liquid can penetrate the surface of the joints and protect it safely.

4.      If any electrical components are made of plastic, then cover these components if possible, before spraying the agent.
