Sulfuric acid catalyst ( For SO2sulphric Acid)
The Catalyst has two main products, S101 and S108. Productions S101, S108, which appear as column, round and petal shape have the advantage of high activity, high strength and high powder intensity.
Usages: For all kinds of methods producing sulphric acid, including burning sulphuric, sulphur, burning sulphuril iron melting copper, Zinc, nickel and density SO2.
1: S101/S109 Broad Temperature Type of Sulfuric Acid Catalyst
(1) S101 Mesothermal Vanadium Catalyst(Broad Temperature Type of Sulfuric Acid Catalyst)
Type S101 Catalyst is a medium broad temperature vanadium pentoxide catalyst to promote the oxidation of SO2 and O2 to give SO3.
This catalyst has advantages of wide applicability, broad range of temperature, high conversion and high mechanical strength. Ring or star ring shaped catalysts have solved some problems with cylinder shaped catalyst, which are small pellets, high pressure drop and high energy consumption, bad resistance of dust accumulation.
a. Chemical composition: V2O5: 7.5-8.5% SiO2:65-75%
b. Characterization: it can be used along in every bed of a converter.
